DIA DE LOS MUERTOS - DAY OF THE DEAD
A fully produced Día de los Muertos closing celebration for the Young Presidents' Organization, held at a private venue in San Miguel de Allende. The space was transformed with over 500 candles, large-scale floral installations, and a traditional ancestral altar overflowing with offerings all infused with the scent of copal incense throughout the night. Production scope included full transportation logistics, complete set design and venue transformation, catering by a local chef and her team, a live mariachi experience, traditional mojigangas, and a multi-floor event footprint with two DJs — one on an indoor ballroom dance floor, one poolside. Both levels featured custom bars with bespoke mixology, a dessert installation, and a traditional taco truck outside. A staff of 20+ managed the full evening, including dedicated security. Each guest arrived with a custom floral crown and professional makeup service completed at the Rosewood Hotel, alongside individually curated gift baskets created in collaboration with local artisans.
A GOTHIC EVENT
A gothic-inspired celebration set against the ancient architecture of San Miguel de Allende, where religious iconography and dramatic aesthetics shaped every detail. Production included full catering, a custom mixology program with a bespoke cocktail menu, live mariachi, and a DJ-driven dance floor — all woven into a cohesive sensory experience.
