Ella Swenson is a senior creative production and operations leader driving Agentic and Generative AI implementation across entertainment, streaming, and gaming. She has led 360° creative campaigns across key art, AV, digital, and social for major IPs and streamers including Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Warner Bros., MGM, Paramount+, Apple TV+, Spotify, Netflix Games, and Nexon Games.

Known for building and scaling organizations, Ella grew a department from three to thirty employees, consolidating workflow efficiencies by over 70% through new software, automation, and process design driving in-house revenue from $800K to $9.5M over four years. At her most recent company, she generated $1.2M in revenue within 18 months, focused in the gaming and streaming space.

A hands-on AI integration leader, she has implemented generative image, video, and language tools into production workflows identifying where AI creates real operational leverage and building the systems and team behaviors to support it at scale.

Ella's professional creative career spans two decades, including a clothing line carried in national retailers and featured in Vogue Italia, Teen Vogue, Refinery29, and Into the Gloss. As Creative Director at Groupon, she built and led an in-house photo and video department from the ground up — launching their first photography studio, contributing over 10,000 original assets to the library, and supervising a creative team of 30+ across 4–8 productions per week. Through original conceptual content, she drove a 25% increase in sales per click. Her production background spans fashion and commercial set work, experiential events, and large-scale installations, with end-to-end ownership across pre-production, casting, location, and creative execution.

Ella is also a multidisciplinary artist and Creative Director with a practice rooted in sculpture, design, and the spaces between disciplines. Formally trained in sculpture and design, her work is aesthetics-first and intentionally expansive — spanning installation, set design, interior environments, and object-making.
